Short, because there is not much to say. This is a website for a martial arts school in Kingsville. It tells you what we teach and when. Everything that actually matters happens on the mat, in person.

Who this is

This site is run by Seng's Martial Arts School, 47 Pearl St East, Kingsville, ON N9Y 1K3. When this page says “we”, that is who it means.

What this site is

Information about the school. The schedule, the classes, who teaches them. It is not a contract, and reading it does not sign you up for anything.

We try to keep it accurate. Class times can change, a coach can be away, and a school that has been open twenty-five years occasionally moves things around. If a specific night matters to you, call and check rather than trusting the page.

The free trial

Two classes, free, no obligation. Sending the form is a request, not an enrolment: the team will get back to you and you sort out the details together. There is nothing to cancel afterwards, because nothing has started. We do not ask for a card and we will not take one.

Pricing

We do not publish prices on this site, so nothing here is a quote or an offer. Fees get discussed at the school before you commit to anything, and you will know the number before you owe it. If you want the number first, just call and ask.

Training is physical, and that is handled in person

Martial arts carry a real risk of injury. Everyone who trains here signs a waiver and a health declaration at the school, on paper, before they step on the mat. For anyone under eighteen, a parent or guardian does that with them.

That paperwork, not this page, is the agreement about training. Nothing on this website replaces it, shortens it, or signs it for you.

Photographs on this site

The photographs of the school, the mat and the people in it belong to Seng's Martial Arts School, and the site's text and design belong to us and the studio that built it. Please do not lift them for another school. If you are a student or a parent and you would rather a photo of you or your child were not here, tell the school and it comes down. No explanation needed.

Links to other places

We link out to our own Facebook, Instagram and Google pages, and to Ape Jiu Jitsu, our competition team. Once you are on someone else's site you are under their rules, not ours.

Accessibility

We built this site to be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader, and it respects your system setting if you have asked for reduced motion. If something here is hard for you to use, tell us and we will fix it. That is a better promise than a badge.

Where you stand

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Ontario's consumer protection law, because it cannot.

If we ever have a disagreement, the first step is the same as everything else about this place: call the school and talk to us.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
